Program Eligibility

Who is eligible for the WIOA Youth Program? Individuals, ages 16-24, that meet one or more of the following circumstances:

School dropouts

Not currently in school and within compulsory school attendance age

High school grads who are low income and need extra skills support

Pregnant or parenting

Homeless or in foster care

Individuals in the juvenile or adult justice system

Low-income individuals needing help with education or employment

Individuals with disabilities
